Delivery

If the transport is organised by us, it takes place on a wooden pallet with a stand; length x width x height [mm]. No stacking is possible. It is the Customer who is responsible for unloading the pallets.

If it is the Customer who arranges the transport, then Fenbro shall not be liable for damage caused during the delivery of the goods to the Customer. If the Customer prefers to organise the transport on their own, they have to let the Company know and they will be able to pick up the goods directly from the windows-, doors- or garage gates-factory or the Fenbro warehouse or from the designated location.

Unloading of the pallets

For pallets not exceeding 2000 mm in length, it is possible to use a tail-lift car for the delivery. The driver is able to unload the pallet from the car at the delivery location. However, the windows will not be brought into the customer’s premises by the transport company.

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer has to verify the content of the consignment, compliance with the order and whether there is no damage to the goods that occurred during the transport. All discrepancies must be reported to the Company up to 48 hours after receipt of the goods.

Even if one pallet exceeds 2000 mm on the length, it is Customer’s responsibility to unload all pallets using a forklift, manual or other method.

Arrival at a given address

If access to the indicated address is not possible due to access restrictions (narrow passages, narrow gates, street blocks, city centres), the goods can be left at the nearest possible place, agreed with the customer.

Carrying out joinery in the customer’s premises

Delivery does not include the service of carrying the windows and doors into the customer’s premises. The windows are only brought in during the installation carried out by Fenbro ( check point “Installation / Fitting provided by FENBRO”)

CMR document

CMR is a document confirming that you have received the goods. It is related only to the delivery. The CMR document needs to be signed electronically by transport Company, sender and receiver within 48 hours of receiving the goods (not earlier).

If FENBRO performs the installation, the CMR document can be signed on the day of installation.

Guarantee

Windows & doors purchased at FENBRO have a full guarantee.

5 years for all our products

10 years for all VELUX products

2 years for the installation (with service provided by us)

For each sale you are getting an invoice + contract, We archive all invoices for 5 years as evidence of purchase.

In case of any Complaint:
We need to have pictures and a description of issues (email will be perfect).

Please remember that transport also is fully insured, so here everything is secured in all stages. For the delivery, you are getting a CMR document (conformity of delivery – you have 48 hours to check the conditions of your order).

We are sending new products as fast as we can (we are taking care of the claim in the meantime) it takes around from 3 up to 4 weeks, the spare parts you will have in 7 -14 days.

Depends on the type of issue, we are sending the spare parts, new products for replacement, or we refund the money.

Installation on your own:
The guarantee is valid even if the window installation is carried out by you, an external company. The most important thing is that the installation is carried out in an artful manner.

Additionally, you have unlimited support (help) after the guarantee will be over. That’s mean if something will happen with your joinery we can help you to get all spare parts, ready-made product and everything that will be needed just to solve the issue (service chargeable at the end of the guarantee period).

Refunds

Online sales of personalized goods

Personalized goods are subject to the same complaint rules as any other product. On the other hand, product personalization may be relevant from the point of view of the right to withdraw from the contract, because in accordance with art. 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights, personalized goods cannot be returned as part of withdrawal from the contract. This provision states that the right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or remotely is not entitled to the consumer in relation to a contract in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs.

Other conditions regarding returns and withdrawal from the purchase contract are described in the Regulations on fenbro.com.

Payment

The payment you can have in two instalments.

– 50% when you accept the order

– second instalment 50% before the dispatch of the goods.

How do I get a quote?

First of all,  you should send us your enquiry where you specify your chosen joinery parameters, dimensions and qualities.

In order to prepare a quote for you, we need the following details:

  • Model window/door (aluminium/uPVC) – [any specific U-value is required?]
  • Width x Height [mm]
  • Colour from internal/external side
  • Glazing: double/triple
  • Eircode (so we can check delivery cost)
  • Contact details, email address, phone number

In case you want the quote for installation services as well, let us know and specify whether you are interested in a new project or windows replacement.

Remember that at Fenbro, we have set minimum order values for each order.

The minimum order value for Fenbro products is as follows:

  • windows – at least 5 windows or the order value needs to be equal €2,000 net or more (for products)
  • uPVC doors/aluminium doors – the order value needs to be equal €2,000 net or more (for products)
  • composite doors/sliding systems – 1 product or more
  • VELUX products – at least 3 products

Do you deliver & install joinery?

We deliver joinery to Ireland every week. At the moment, we offer installation services only in Ireland.

Our offer includes:

  • Product
  • Delivery
  • Installation (Ireland) + after-sales service
  • You receive a 5-year guarantee on Windows/doors (10 years for VELUX) and 2 years for the fitting.

We do not have any showroom in your country. All our joinery is sent to customers directly from Poland.
Our Company is based in Warsaw (Poland) and we also have a local sales point and warehouse in Ostrołęka, Poland.
All joinery is produced by Polish producers.

Do you install joinery? If yes, do you need measurements before the order?

Yes, we do. However, at the moment, we offer installation services only in Ireland.

Before you contact the fitter, contact our sales team first and ask for a quote. Even a rough quote will help our fitter to estimate the final installation price and availability.

If you have decided to order joinery from FENBRO, make an appointment with our fitter. Before you place your order, make sure that all the products measurements are confirmed by our fitter.

Please be informed that our fitter takes the €200 deposit for the purpose of measurements and future installation services.

How long is the lead time after placing the order?

At the moment, the estimated lead time for specific product categories is as follows:

  • uPVC windows and doors, shutters: up to 7 weeks
  • Velux roof windows, blinds & accessories: up to 8 weeks
  • Aluminium windows, doors: up to 7 weeks
  • Steel doors: up to 8 weeks
  • Garage Doors: up to 7 weeks

Additionally, for every category, you have to count in 5 days for delivery time.

Can I see your windows or doors anywhere?

You can contact our customers at FACEBOOK (check the reviews) and see the pictures they sent us.

Unfortunately, we cannot share any of our customers details (like their address, etc.) with you. Our privacy policy doesn’t allow us to do any of that .

But still, you can contact those customers who left their comments on Facebook on your own.

Additionally, on our website, there is a section where you can see some of our realisations in Ireland.

For customers in Ireland: If you wish to see our windows, our fitter (based in Ireland) has all models: samples and colour samples as well. When you are ready with the order, he will bring the samples for the final measurements meeting.

What are the delivery costs?

The cost of each delivery is calculated individually. The cost of delivery depends on the weight and size of pallets and their number.

Is your delivery insured?

Yes, the transport organised by us is fully insured. You do not have to worry about any potential damage to the joinery that may occur during transportation. For the delivery, you get a CMR document. It is a confirmation of delivery and a proof that the products were received in good condition and that the transportation was concluded under the specified conditions. You have 48 hours to check the conditions of your order. 

Can I arrange transport myself?

Naturally! If you wish, you can arrange transport by yourself.

Can I fitt the products myself?

Yes, you can! Additionally, we offer support after the guarantee period is over. It means that if something happens with your joinery afterwards, we can get you all the necessary spare parts, ready-made products and tools to help you solve the issue (the service is chargeable at the end of the guarantee period). 

Please note that if you choose your own fitter, you are responsible for providing them with correct measurements of the openings as well as products dimensions. We cannot be held responsible for any irregularities in this regard.

Do you have a price list?

We are selling complex products, tailored services and our customers often require a special solution. That’s why each of our products is personalised and we do not have the standard price list. Every product is quoted according to individual customer needs.

Can I send you my house plans?

Your house plans are not necessary for us to prepare the quote for you. It would be much more efficient for us to have the list of your joinery together with the following details:

  • Width x height [mm]
  • Colour
  • Glazing: double/triple

What is the minimum required “U-value”?

The required U-value depends on the location of the project, type of building (domestic or non-domestic) and the application (floor, wall or roof). We don’t want to make any false conclusions or miss any important piece of information. That’s why before we can answer this question, we would need a joinery list together with the dimensions of your windows (height and width) . Is it possible for you to provide us with such a list? For sure, your architect can create one according to the building plans.

Important note: remember that just the building plans are not enough. It is because reading from the plans is not accurate (as we don’t know the schemes of windows openings). So if you have the joinery list for your building project and you’d like us to calculate the minimum U-value, please contact us.

What is the minimum required order value?

At Fenbro, we have set minimum order values for each order. If you want us to start processing your quote request and your order, you should follow a minimum required order value.

The minimum order value for Fenbro products is as follows:

  • windows – at least 5 windows or the order value needs to be equal €2,000 net or more (for products)

IMPORTANT INFO: VELUX roof windows are only an “addition” to our standard offer, i.e. if the customer buys vertical windows and/or doors, then they can choose VELUX windows as an add-on (according to the minimum required order value). Buying only VELUX roof windows is unfortunately impossible.

How does the payment for your service look like?

There are two payment options for our customers.

A) You can pay in two instalments:

  • 50% when you accept the order
  • another 50% before the dispatch of the goods.

B) You can pay full (100% of the amount) in advance.*

*then we give you 2% discount

We only accept payments via bank transfer.

Do you offer discounts?
