This time, we are heading to County Wexford and the unique three-storey home of Emma, who recently returned to Fenbro to place her second order. Which product won Emma over, how does she rate her experience with us, and what made her return for another order? Continue reading to find out!
How did Emma find out about Fenbro?
Emma first contacted us back in August 2025 through the contact form on our website. She explains how she first heard about Fenbro:
“I own a three-storey house, and a neighbour down the road told me about Fenbro after she had recently had her windows done.”
The recommendation mattered because Emma had already contacted two other companies. Both measured the property, but neither was willing to prepare a quote because of the complexity of the work.
“I had previously gone to two different companies that came and measured, but they would not quote me as they felt it was too difficult to do. After speaking with a Fenbro customer and seeing the work that you did, I was happy to continue.”
A project unlike any other
Emma’s unusual home has three floors, two balconies and, as she explains, “32 windows in just the corners of the house”. Its window and door replacement therefore required careful planning and coordination.

Which products did Emma choose?
Emma selected windows, balcony doors and French doors made in our bestselling Salamander BluEvolution 82 system. All were triple-glazed, offering outstanding thermal performance (Uw = 0.83 W/m²K) and excellent day-to-day comfort.
When it came to the colours, Anthracite was chosen for the exterior and solid white for the interior – a combination that gave the home a classy look while keeping the rooms light and bright.

“At all stages, really. Anytime I reached out, I always had a response 🙂.”
