Bronze Package

One-Year Protection Scope

This package provides essential extended protection and maintenance for those seeking basic safety and care.

Extended Warranty:

An additional year of warranty, for a total of 4 years of comprehensive product protection.

Manufacturing Defects:

Full coverage of all manufacturing defects.

Free Adjustments:

One free window and door adjustment service during the warranty period.

Essential Maintenance:

Professional lubrication of hardware and maintenance of seals to ensure optimal durability and smooth operation.

Glass Replacement:

Replacement of damaged glass (excluding mechanical damage and third-party interference).

Silver Package

Two-Year Protection Scope

An extended support option for customers looking for greater safety and a broader range of services.

Extended Warranty:

An additional two years of warranty for windows and doors, for a total of 5 years of comprehensive product protection.

Extended Coverage:

Includes coverage of manufacturing defects and minor operational faults.

Free Adjustments:

Two free window adjustment services during the warranty period.

Seal Repairs:

Repair of seals covered by the warranty.

Glass Replacement:

Replacement of damaged glass (excluding mechanical damage and third-party interference).

Gold Package

Three-Year Comprehensive Protection Scope

Our most comprehensive offer, ensuring maximum safety and priority support for your Fenbro products.

Extended Warranty:

An additional three years of warranty for windows, for a total of 6 years of comprehensive product protection.

Full Protection:

Full coverage of both manufacturing defects and defects resulting from normal use.

Free Adjustments:

Three free window adjustment services during the warranty period.

Hardware and Seal Repair/Replacement:

Repair or replacement of seals and hardware covered by the warranty.

Priority Service:

Accelerated response and support in the event of failure.

Glass Replacement:

Replacement of damaged glass (excluding mechanical damage and third-party interference).

Please note: Damage to glass caused by mechanical impact or external factors is not covered by any of the service packages.

Warranty information for front doors: The door must be protected from the elements, particularly rain and direct sunlight. The door must be protected by a canopy and, where necessary, by side protection. A door that opens inwards must be fully enclosed. Minimum dimensions of the canopy or awning: width at least 1 m wider than the door width; length from the house/depth at least 1 m. Long-term exposure to moisture impairs the quality of the door, reducing in particular the quality of the paint finish.
