In the sense of the European Union Digital Services Act Regulation, Fenbro sp. z o.o. is a web host as it stores information provided by users at their request, e.g. in the form of comment sections/feedback sections available on profiles maintained on Social Media. 

We carry out our reporting once a year in the fourth quarter.

Information on content moderation

1. We carry out content moderation on our own initiative through the action of delegated members of our team, as well as in connection with information we receive about possible infringements from third parties/parties. We do not use automated tools in this regard.

2. For those involved in content moderation, we provide training to improve their activities.

3. In order to improve the flow of information from you, we are using clear information in the Regulations on where recipients can make submissions and how. In addition, we have provided you with model notifications, which are annexes to our Regulations.

4. We apply the actions described above analogously to each type of infringement.
