We engaged Fenbro Windows & Doors to replace 5 x Windows in the older part of our home. From first engagement with Fenbro, they have been very attentive and responsive to our requirements, been proactive in their advice and suggestions and delivered to plan and budget. Their instal team are very helpful and completed the install in 1 day and were very clean and tidy in the execution of the work. I would highly recommend the company. We got 12 windows and front doors replaced. All the process was very smooth, sales coordinator Marek was very helpful in choosing the right product and patient when some changes were made along the way. The fitting team was very professional. Came in on the day agreed in advance and finished all in one day. We are very happy with our windows and doors.

Customer service (Kinga) was excellent throughout. Updates on the project were shared at various stages. They made the measuring up and ordering process seamless. Installation dates were communicated in advance and during fitting, Marcin and his team were brilliant to deal with. We recently purchased exterior doors for our home from the Polish company Fenbro. We had been searching for a company that would ship and install doors abroad, specifically in Ireland, and found only two. Fenbro was the only one that offered a wide range of non-standard sizes, which had been a major challenge for us.

I highly recommend this company. They had no issues contacting me on an international number, and they tailored the sizes, accessories, and colours to our needs. Ms. Maria was incredibly patient with all of my picky requests 🤣🤣 and expertly guided me through the entire ordering process.

On-site, Mr. Marcin and his team installed the doors, explained what to expect, and how to handle any potential issues. Responses to any questions were prompt, either through a quick reply or a callback.

Overall: excellent customer service, fantastic support, deadlines were perfectly met, and we even managed to negotiate the price 👍. There’s a huge selection of doors, so everyone should be able to find something that suits them. We rate the entire service as outstanding. Keep up the great work!

From start to finish we had a fantastic experience with Fenbro. When we were contacted by the salesman, after completing the form on their website, I knew we were in good hands. We had our windows fitted just two days ago (first floor windows and 3 velux). From start to the end it was all as planned. We were getting all updates prompt and each call was taken seriously and with attention to details. Fitters (Tomek x2) were amazing, they really tried to make it all work for us (our roof is full of solar panels so it was really complicated to find a proper spot for windows). They cleaned inside and outside and took care of all trash and pallets. Salesman, Marek, was very understanding and patient with all of our calls and last time changes. We new exactly what we were getting, at what price and when. This service was above standard, so we will be coming back to change our ground floor windows and doors.

Fenbro have been one of the most professional companies I have dealt with in a long time. From my initial call with Marek in their Polish Office to Marcin and his crew fitting based here in Ireland, I could not fault one thing. Our new windows and doors are excellent. I was a bit hesitant to nail down my colour choice but Marek helped me so much and organised for the colour cards to be posted out to me. We went for a triple glaze, tilt and turn window system and an aluminium front door… the quality of everything is first class. Delighted we chose aluminium over upvc, way superior product. The design and finished windows and doors were of such a high standard that you’d have to see it to believe it. The workmanship was superb, every detail taken care of. Fitters came from Roscommon and started work at 8 30am finishing at 9pm. All 5 of them left the place spotless and took away all rubbish in a skip. How is that for service? Well done lads.

If you are considering premium quality windows or doors at the best prices in Ireland, you must work with Pawel and Fenbro. Pawel listened to our needs and worked with us to select a very large aluminium lift and slide door solution, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. The slider opens up the room to the outside, and will surely outlast the house to which it is fitted! Pawel worked with us all the way, including revisions of the options, shipping, and integration with his recommended fitters in Ireland. We used Marcin for fitting, who was fantastic. Unfortunately a large glass pane encountered a manufacturing fault, and Pawel and Marcin stepped in to rectify immediately under manufacturer warranty and faster than I would have thought possible. We really can’t be any more happy with the outcome, and recommend this direct option with Fenbro. Client satisfaction is at the core of all interactions.
