Are you considering replacing your windows or doors in Dublin in late 2026 or 2027? Well, one of the first things you probably want to know is how much the project is likely to cost. The answer will depend on a number of things, including type of your home, the products you choose, and the scope of the work. However, having a concrete idea of how much money you will need to work with when budgeting can make the process a lot easier.

This guide is based on current 2026 Fenbro pricing and real orders completed for customers in Dublin, Ireland. We analysed 214 Dublin projects that reached the quotation stage between January 2025 and September 2026, together with 370 completed B2C orders in Ireland recorded in our 2025–2026 sales data. We also reviewed 443 actual delivery charges to Ireland and selected completed Fenbro projects in Dublin where the final project price is publicly available.

The figures below are Fenbro benchmarks, not an average for the entire Irish market. Final prices depend on dimensions, opening types, glazing, material, colour, hardware, accessories, delivery and the exact project specification.

How much does window replacement cost in Dublin?

It’s not possible to give one straightforward answer – every property and project is different. The main factors affecting the cost of new windows in Dublin include:

  • the number and dimensions of the windows;
  • the choice between uPVC and aluminium;
  • the selected window system and profile;
  • double or triple glazing;
  • the number of opening sections;
  • colour and finish;
  • handles, hinges and security features;
  • unusual shapes or oversized glazing;
  • the inclusion of entrance or sliding doors;
  • the condition of the existing openings and the complexity of installation.

For example, standard white uPVC windows will for sure be more affordable than aluminium windows with slim frames or custom, non-standard sizes.

Please note: installation costs must be considered separately. Fenbro supplies windows and doors and arranges delivery, while installation is provided under a separate agreement with an independent fitting team. The fitting cost will depend on factors such as the number of products, access to the property, removal of the existing joinery and any additional preparation or finishing work.

The most reliable way to establish the window replacement cost for your Dublin home is to request a personalised quote based on your measurements and preferred specification.

Another material we want to tell you about is aluminium. Strong, durable and highly resistant to changing weather conditions, it is an excellent choice for new builds, large or non-standard openings and windows with slim, modern frames. Although aluminium usually costs more than uPVC, its strength and design possibilities can make it well worth the extra investment. See our top four aluminium window picks and their example prices below.

Best for thermal performance: Aluprof MB-104 Passive SI
A premium system designed for highly energy-efficient and passive-house projects.

Example price: €397 for a 1000 × 1000 mm white, fixed aluminium window with triple glazing.

How much do triple-glazed windows cost in Dublin?

The cost of triple-glazed windows in Dublin varies according to the dimensions, selected system, frame material and glass specification. Example prices for a 1000 × 1000 mm white uPVC window with triple glazing in three of our bestsellers are €199 for greenEvolution Flex 3D, €224 for bluEvolution 82 and €266 for Energeto Neo. Moving from single or double glazing to triple glazing costs more, but it is often worth the extra investment – your home will feel warmer and quieter, and it may even thank you for it!

How much does it cost to replace all windows in a 3-bed or 4-bed house in Dublin?

There is no standard price for replacing all windows in a three- or four-bedroom house in Dublin. Bedroom count alone is not a reliable way to price a window project – two 4-bedroom homes can have completely different numbers and sizes of openings.

In Fenbro’s completed Irish orders, projects containing 6–10 windows had a median total order value of around €6,765 net, while projects containing 11–15 windows had a median of around €9,178. The total cost also depends on the choice between uPVC and aluminium and double or triple glazing. Projects with large glazed areas, sliding systems, entrance doors or aluminium elements can move well above those levels. The best way to find out the likely cost? Can you get an SEAI grant for new windows and doors in Dublin?

In 2026, the Irish government launched a new SEAI grant scheme for replacement windows and external doors. Dublin homeowners may be eligible for a grant (up to €5,600) for windows and doors, but purchasing them from Fenbro does not automatically mean that a project will qualify. If you plan to use the SEAI grant, confirm your eligibility, requirements and the registered-contractor route before placing your order. Fenbro advises and guides customers through the process, supplies the joinery and can put them in touch with an independent SEAI-registered contractor.
