Fenbro is a Polish supplier of windows and doors, working with customers across the UK, Ireland and selected European markets, including DACH countries. We specialise in made-to-measure solutions and focus on making the whole process clear, even when you’re ordering from abroad. These are all well-known facts easy to verify through online searches.
But if you’re here, you’re probably not just looking for a definition. You want to know who you’re actually dealing with. Because when it comes to ordering windows and doors (often involving a significant budget, careful planning and long-term decisions) the company behind the offer matters just as much as the product itself.
That’s why in this article, we want to show you who Fenbro is, how we got here, which markets we operate in and how we work with customers on a daily basis. After reading it you will be certain what’s behind the name before making a decision.
What is Fenbro?
It all started in 2018. From the outset, Fenbro purpose was clear: to make high-quality windows and doors from Poland accessible to customers across Europe.
At the time, many people were already aware that Polish joinery offers strong performance and good value. But actually ordering from another country often felt complicated, unclear, or simply risky. That’s where we saw the gap.
From the very beginning, Fenbro has focused on working with international customers – not as an add-on, but as the core of what we do. We have always been 100% sure about what we want to achieve – to promote Polish joinery and make the entire purchasing process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Over time, we’ve built a team and a way of working designed specifically for people ordering from a distance – people who want clarity, good communication and confidence at every stage. It’s 2026 now, and everything you see is the result of 8 years of work.
Today, we work with customers across the UK, Ireland and selected European markets, including DACH countries. Some customers come to us with detailed plans. Others are just starting to look around. Either way, our role stays the same – to guide them through the process and make it as simple and hassle-free as possible.

What is in the Fenbro offer?
Probably, if you are reading this right now that means you are interested in high-quality windows in Ireland, windows in the UK or windows in Germany? Or maybe something else?
Fenbro offers a range of made-to-measure solutions across European markets, including:
- energy-efficient windows
- front doors
- sliding doors
- garage doors
- shutters
It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for composite doors in London, sliding doors in Dublin or windows in Cork – we’ve got you covered!
Which countries does Fenbro operate in?
Right now, most of our projects come from Ireland and the UK, with a steadily growing presence in DACH countries.
Ireland
Ireland was the first market we focused on. It all began here, where we took our first baby steps. That’s where we learned the most at the beginning – how people approach projects, what they expect and what actually works in local conditions. Things like strong winds, sea salt, rain or coastal locations make a difference when it comes to choosing the right windows and doors.
United Kingdom (mainly England and Northern Ireland)
After Ireland, we moved into the UK – the land of red brick houses, rainy days and high standards. It’s a bigger and more varied market, but many things overlap. At the same time, there are differences – regulations, property styles, customer expectations. We’ve already spent enough time in this market to know what works and what doesn’t… often discussed over a classic 5 o’clock tea.
DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
In 2024, we expanded into Germany, Austria and Switzerland. These markets are quite detail-focused, with a strong emphasis on the quality and technical side of things, which fits naturally with what we offer. As we grow there, we’re building our team and expanding our offer.
Other countries
We also take on projects in other parts of Europe on a supply-only basis. Even if your project is based somewhere else, it’s always worth reaching out – we’ll let you know what’s possible for your project.
Who works at Fenbro?
Now it’s time to ask real questions… who’s actually behind Fenbro?
You’ve probably already figured it out – a big part of our team are Sales Specialists. Surprise, surprise… or not?
All customers first speak to our Sales Team. They answer all types of questions, assist with choosing the best options and guide you through the whole journey with Fenbro. They’re always there when you need them and take care of things like preparing contracts.
Behind the scenes, there’s the Quoting Team. Their job is not just to prepare offers, but to make sure everything is correct, down to the last detail and the last cent. They also keep an eye on current prices, new systems and latest joinery trends.
Once an order is placed, our Sales Process Coordinators take over. They make sure everything runs as it should, check details and handle any issues along the way, including complaints if they come up.
Then there’s HR&Administration. Piles of documents? Complicated invoices? Recruitment, long meetings, keeping everything running day to day? Not a problem for our well-organised HR&Administration Team. They have everything under control and, believe us, it’s actually difficult to surprise them.
The blog post you’re reading right now? That’s the Marketing Team’s doing. It might look like just funny social media posts and articles from the outside, but there’s more behind it. It starts with understanding what the target group is actually looking for, then planning content, email marketing and analysing the results.
And finally, at the centre of it all is Paweł Brodzik, the founder and CEO of Fenbro, who has been steering this ship from the very beginning. His vision is what allows us to help customers transform their homes today.
Want to read a bit more about Paweł and his perspective? You can check out these interviews: ”We build trust from the very first message”, ”Every satisfied customer is the best reward”, ‘’The key component is understanding your potential customer’’
We all have different roles in the team, but the same one goal in mind – to keep Fenbo thriving as much as we can!
How does working with Fenbro look like?
Working with Fenbro starts with sending that first message/request to us, then getting a detailed quote. It doesn’t include just a price, but a transparent idea of what you’re getting. From there, everything moves forward in a way that’s very easy to follow.
You can read more about everything that will happen in our guide: 7-step sales process.
What sets Fenbro apart from your local company?
There are a few things our customers rave about when it comes to working with Fenbro.
First things first, quality. We offer Polish joinery known for strong performance, but we also take into account where it’s going. Different climates, different conditions – the solution has to match the project perfectly. Fun fact: We’ve got over 2,000 products in our offer!
Next up: lead time and planning. From the start, you know how long things will take and you’re kept updated along the way. No guessing, no wondering what’s happening next.
Customer service also plays a big role. From the first message to after the order is completed, there’s always someone you can reach out to – not just for the quote, but for anything that comes up along the way.
We also support customers beyond the purchase. Everything is planned step by step – and if needed, we can connect you with independent fitting teams in the UK and Ireland.
On the practical side, we organise delivery across our main markets, making sure everything arrives safely and on time. And if anything comes up later, our after-sales support is there to help – whether it’s advice, spare parts or resolving an issue.
Of course, we can’t forget about the warranty. You’re covered for 3 years as standard, with the option to extend it even further. We’re committed to your home for the long run, not just for the first few months.
Fenbro reviews – what do customers say about us?
No matter what you’re buying online (and from which category) most people will, sooner or later, check what others have to say. Just to be sure, just out of curiosity.
It’s no different here. If you search for Fenbro windows reviews or Fenbro doors reviews, you’ll find real feedback from customers who have already gone through the process.
Take a look at our reviews or read our guide on where to find reliable reviews. Not to toot our own horn, but we’ve collected 160+ Google reviews and 140+ on Facebook. We must be doing something right. 😉
Conclusion
It all boils down to this: at Fenbro we’re not just selling windows and doors. We’re building a bridge between your goal and your dream home.
