DSA Hosting provider report

Report of the hosting company – Fenbro sp. z o.o.

This report presents information on content moderation carried out by Fenbro sp. z o.o. in relation to user-generated content that may be made available within services operated by Fenbro. Where content moderation takes place on third-party social media platforms, the relevant platform acts as the hosting service provider; Fenbro moderates content only within the functionalities made available by such platforms.

The report is prepared once per calendar year and covers the period from 1 January to 31 December of the previous calendar year. The report is published no later than the end of the fourth quarter of the following year.

Information on content moderation

1. We carry out content moderation on our own initiative through the action of delegated members of our team, as well as in connection with information we receive about possible infringements from third parties/parties. We do not use automated tools in this regard.

2. For those involved in content moderation, we provide training to improve their activities.

3. In order to improve the flow of information from users, we provide clear information in the Regulations on where submissions can be made and how they should be submitted. The Regulations specify the required elements of a notification.

4. We apply the actions described above analogously to each type of infringement.
