GTU 0070 – benefits:

Top hung attic window with an opening function of up to 67°, as an emergency exit to the roof, made of glued laminated wood or a polyurethane coated wood core. The sash lifting mechanism allows for its stepless stopping within the opening angle up to 45°. Design, functions and technical parameters as appropriate variants of the GPL/GPU top hung windows. The windows are marked by VELUX as Premium Class.

In an emergency, an additional push opens the sash up to 67°
Clearance dimensions: – MK08: 70×120 cm – SK08: 106×120 cm (fulfils the requirements for an emergency exit with minimum dimensions of 80×80 cm)
P2A safety glass as standard

Important note: It’s necessary to choose a sealing flashing for window, which is an essential element when you install the window. The flashing is selected depending on the roofing (e.g. roof tile type, thatch tile, steel tile, shingle, roofing felt etc.) and roof pitch. Flashing is used to seal the window and drain water and snow beyond its outline. In case of installing the windows without standard flashing, it’s necessary to order the ZWC flashing.
