“WINTER PROMO 2026” TERMS AND CONDITIONS

From January 8, 2026, till February 16, 2026, the Organiser allows Customers to take advantage of a “WINTER PROMO 2026” Promotion. During the Promotion, the Customer will receive a €500/£500 discount on the orders concluded in the stated time period (during the Promotion days) with a minimum net value of products over net €/£10,000.

The discounts apply to the products in the quote (Net value of the products from the received quote) as agreed with the Sales Team.

Promotion Terms and Conditions (T&Cs):

Minimum value of products: €10,000 net.
The Customer receives €500 (or £500) off the total gross value of the order (products + shipping + extras, if applicable).
The Promotion applies to the entire Fenbro product range.
The Promotion applies to all sales quotes prepared by Fenbro as well as their updates.
Orders have to be finalised by February 16, 2026 (signing of contract and payment of min. 50% of the order value*).
The Promotion is valid for lump sum payments (one-time payments) and instalment payments.
The Promotion discounts may fluctuate due to Euro / GBP exchange rates. Promotion conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

*Minimum value of products entitled to 50/50 instalments: Net € / £ 6 000.

I. Introductory provisions

The following Promotion Terms and Conditions shall apply.

These T&Cs of the Promotion under the name: “WINTER PROMO 2026” Promo, define the rules of operation, terms, the scope and complaint procedure of the Promotion, the rules of use and the rights of persons participating in the Promotion, as well as the obligations of the Organiser.
The Organiser of the “WINTER PROMO 2026” Promo is Fenbro Sp. z o.o., address: ul. The Promotion is carried out by the Organiser available at https://fenbro.com/. The Promotion is open to Customers who, after fulfilling the conditions for participation in the Promotion, become the participants (hereinafter also: “Promotion Participant”.

II. The subject of the Promotion and eligibility conditions for the Promotion:

The Promotion is valid from 00:01:00 am on January 8, 2026 until 11:59:00 pm February 16, 2026 (hereinafter also: “Promotion Duration”).
The Promotion is available to Customers who place an order for any products from the entire Fenbro product range and have signed a contract and made a payment (min 50% of value) by February 16, 2026.
Entities cooperating with the Organiser on the basis of separate distribution or agency agreements are excluded from the Promotion if these agreements provide for a different method of pricing.
The subject of the Promotion is the possibility for the Promotion Participant to use the Promotion on the terms set out in the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
Participating in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge (i.e. purchasing products as part of the Promotion does not require the Promotion Participant to incur additional costs, other than the price of the products being subject to the Promotion and the costs selected by the Customer).
Participation in the Promotion requires the fulfilment of all conditions described below:

a) receive an offer from the Organiser containing information about the application of a discount as part of the “WINTER PROMO 2026” Promotion,

b) accept the offer (e.g. by e-mail or by signing a document),

c) make the required advance payment within the time limit specified in the offer, no later than by February 16, 2026.

Failure to meet the advance payment deadline will result in the loss of the right to take advantage of the Promotion, and the offer may be updated to standard prices; payment is deemed to have been made when the financial resources are credited on the Organiser’s account.
In the event of a change in the scope of the order (quantity, configuration, systems) after acceptance of the offer, the amount of the discount may change – this will be indicated in each case in a supplementary offer.
The subject of the Promotion is not payable in money or exchangeable for any other form of payment.
The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, promotional campaigns, special prices or product offers that are valid at fenbro.com unless expressly and finally decided otherwise by the Organiser.
If the Customer has the right to use other discounts/special conditions, they must choose one option (standard offer or this promotion).

III. Complaints

Any complaints regarding the Promotion, in particular regarding the calculation of the discount, may be submitted by promotion participants in writing to the address of its registered office or by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]
The Organiser’s response to the complaint takes place immediately, not later than within 30 days from the date of its submission.
The Organiser takes complaints into consideration while applying the provisions of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
Personalised goods are subject to the same complaint rules as any other product. Nevertheless, personalised products may be relevant from that point of view due to art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. This provision states that the right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or remotely is not provided to any consumer in relation to a contract in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy their individual needs.
Any possible disputes that may arise in connection with the implementation of the provisions of the Promotion Terms and Conditions will be tried to be resolved amicably by the Parties, and any doubts that cannot be resolved in this manner will be submitted to the competent court in Warsaw for resolution.

VI. Final Provisions

These Promotion Terms and Conditions are publicly available online at https://fenbro.com/winter-promo-2026-terms-and-conditions .
The Organiser reserves the right to change these Promotion Terms and Conditions in the event of an important reason, understood as (until the date of conclusion):

a) changes or amendments to laws regulating the conditions, rules and organisation of the Promotion, affecting the mutual rights and obligations of the Organiser and Promotion Participants;

b) the change in the way the Promotion is carried out due to technical or technological reasons;

c) the change in the way of providing services, solely due to technical or technological reasons;

d) the change in the scope or provision of services to which the T&Cs apply, by introducing new functionalities/services or modifying or withdrawing by the Organiser of existing functionalities or services covered by the Regulations.

In the event of a change occurring in the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Organiser will provide the uniform text of the Promotion Terms and Conditions by publishing it online at https://fenbro.com/.
Changes to the Promotion Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment they are clearly indicated and posted at the web address indicated above.
The Promotion and the Terms and Conditions thereof are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
Notwithstanding any of the T&Cs described above, all decisions on discounts, possibility of application thereof, scope of products included and eligibility are ultimately made by the Organiser and are final.
