Junior AI Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative Junior AI Social Media Specialist who can generate engaging and visually appealing posts

What makes you a good candidate for this position:

  • You know everything about Social Media – and you use it on every day terms!
  • You can communicate effectively in English and/or German (at least B2 level)
  • You know how to use AI tools supporting content creation, such as Chat GPT, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.
  • You know analytical tools for each of the SM platforms, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, etc.
  • You know how to edit content and change writing styles depending on current needs and audience types
  • You have an aesthetic sense, you can create graphics, reels or video materials that are engaging and visually coherent
  • You know how to monitor the effectiveness of posts and draw accurate conclusions
  • You are willing to learn (new applications, tools), develop and are open to new challenges
  • You are communicative, responsible and independent at work

What your duties will include:

  • You will generate and edit high-quality, engaging content for all our Social Media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, X and Tik Tok)
  • You will work with the latest generative AI tools
  • You will create graphic and video content and deal with its editing
  • You will cooperate with marketing agencies in creating content needed to support advertising activities (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Tik Tok, Pinterest Ads)
  • You will support the operation of Social Media channels on English- and German-speaking markets
  • You will monitor the effectiveness of posts using available analytical tools
  • You will follow the latest industry trends and analyse the market to achieve the best results and reach
