Quoting Specialist

We are looking for a focused Quoting Specialist who will help the sales team manage their plans.

You are disciplined, plan everything and carry out assigned tasks successively until you achieve your goal
You are able to make decisions on your own, you do not need much oversight
You support and help your colleagues whenever required
You are very accurate, pay attention to details and check everything as many times as required to ensure that your task is completed without any mistakes/deficiencies
You have an analytical mind, you love numbers, data, and you are familiar with technical drawings
You know English at B2 level + Native Polish
You are comfortable with modern software tools – G-suite, Google Drive (Excel), willingness to learn new applications
You’ve got a technical background (University)

What your duties will include:

You will be responsible for preparing quotes for our Sales Team
You will ensure the quotations are competitive and meet the company growth and profitability targets
You will select the optimal quality and price of technological solutions to effectively support sales
You will have deep knowledge of our company products and services
