Easy process – Monika very helpful throughout -high quality doors & windows, install went smoothly+ on time, good communication between Mike and ourselves at install-no significant issues-competitive pricing- would recommend.

I wholeheartedly recommend Fenbro. I have just replaced the entrance door to my apartment in western Ireland, and I am 100% satisfied. Everything went smoothly and professionally, from the consultation and selection of the door through to the installation itself.

I would especially like to thank Daria, who provided exemplary advice and answered every question promptly and thoroughly. The customer service was truly of the highest standard.

The installation itself, carried out by Mr Kazimierz’s company, was quick and professional. I have absolutely no complaints. And the door itself is simply fantastic. Visually, it perfectly matches the doors of the other apartments, while its quality is, of course, incomparable. It is solid, soundproof and fitted with high quality locks.

Choosing Fenbro was absolutely the right decision.

Very good company to deal with! Professional, hassle free, helpful patiently answered all the enquiries! Products arrived nicely with high quality! Installation team are amazing too, smooth and efficient job! Quality company, quality work, quality team. Highly recommend!

Excellent company to deal with. Highly professional throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, got what I ordered in a short amount of time and the installation was super quick. Perfect company to go with for any windows or door renovations.

I recently had new windows and doors fitted through Fenbro, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Buying from Poland was seamless, and the communication throughout was top-notch. The team did a brilliant job assisting me through the selection process, ensuring I chose the perfect options for my home. I was also regularly updated at every single stage – from production right through to delivery. A massive shoutout to Mike Windows and Doors for the installation. They were incredibly prompt, managed to fit everything in just a single day, and left the place spotless after they finished. Highly professional, efficient, and great quality. I highly recommend Fenbro and Mike’s fitting team!

A quick post from me to recognise the excellent service and installation from Fenbro. I initially looked at Irish suppliers and installers, but after a recommendation from a friend, I decided to go with Fenbro. I did have some reservations about buying from outside Ireland — but in hindsight, that was absolutely nothing to worry about. From start to finish, the experience has been outstanding. The sales team were professional and responsive, the installation team were excellent, and the aftercare has been first class. The whole process felt easy, personal, and genuinely high quality throughout. We did have one minor issue with the electronic locks. Without any prompting or hesitation, the team drove two hours the very next day to resolve it — a 60-second fix. That level of care and accountability is rare, and Fenbro truly deserve recognition for it.
Highly impressed, and very happy to recommend.

10 out of 10, Marek was very helpful with the order. Excellent quality for reasonable price. Thank you. Will definitely recommend.

Absolutely delighted with our new triple-glazed windows. The quality is excellent, the service was friendly and professional, delivery on-time and the installation was finished to a very high standard. Everything was left spotless afterwards. Highly recommended.

Just had to share my experience with a custom-made front door I recently purchased. The quality is outstanding—truly a very high standard that exceeded my expectations. The company, registered in Ireland, offered a great price compared to others I looked at, and their professionalism was evident throughout. They kept me informed at every step of the production process, which gave me complete confidence. Installation was impressively quick and carried out by skilled professionals. Plus, the door comes with a certificate for increasing the BER rating, which is a fantastic bonus. If you’re considering upgrading your home, this is definitely a purchase worth making.

Great company – friendly and knowledgeable staff who give clear advice and explain everything thoroughly. The windows meet all expectations. Highly recommended.

We had specific requirements for a replacement sliding door and Fenbro was able to help us find the best door solution to meet our requirements. There were many emails over months in the search for a solution and FENBRO answered all our questions. After placement of order, FENBRO kept us informed of order build stages and shipment details. They recommended an installer and the installation completed without any issue.

We had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. Communication was excellent right from the beginning, and the customer service was outstanding, even though we made several changes to the original quote. Responses were always quick, clear, and detailed, which made me feel really well taken care of. During the production and delivery stage, the communication remained proactive, and we were kept informed every step of the way- no issues whatsoever. The installation team was efficient, professional, and very positive, handling any minor issues immediately and without fuss. The windows themselves are beautiful, high quality, and warm. We couldn’t be happier with both the service and the final result. Highly recommended!

We engaged Fenbro Windows & Doors to replace 5 x Windows in the older part of our home. From first engagement with Fenbro, they have been very attentive and responsive to our requirements, been proactive in their advice and suggestions and delivered to plan and budget. Their instal team are very helpful and completed the install in 1 day and were very clean and tidy in the execution of the work. I would highly recommend Fenbro Windows & Doors and suggest you make contact with them if considering a project requiring new or replacement windows.

I would highly recommend the company. We got 12 windows and front doors replaced. All the process was very smooth, sales coordinator Marek was very helpful in choosing the right product and patient when some changes were made along the way. The fitting team was very professional. Came in on the day agreed in advance and finished all in one day. We are very happy with our windows and doors.

Very professional from the very beginning up to the completion of the order. Every stage was explained in great detail. Extremely kind and competent people – from the gentleman in the office to the construction team. My wife and I are extremely satisfied and we can wholeheartedly recommend Fenbro.

Since the very first day, very good advice. Everything went smoothly and the installation was very quick. We are very satisfied with the service, and the quality of the windows is also great. Many thanks for everything and keep it up…

Just want to thanks Fenbro and especially Ewelina for great support trough all process purchase, advice and big thanks to Marcin for good expertise on window choice and installation, great job, soo big difference in house after new windows, can’t hear any noise from outside and big difference with heating too. Great company, very good price , and support definitely recommend.

We recently had a bespoke front door made and fitted by Fenbro! Living in Ireland with Fenbro in Poland made me a tad reserved about my decision initially to go with Fenbro however the professionalism of Christopher was fantastic and I was happy to proceed!! I was communicated with every step of the production and transport process and our beautiful new front door was installed by the wonderful Mike and team last Friday! We are delighted! Well done Fenbro and a big thank you to Christopher and Mike…… amazing job!

Very good company, very good product, very happy with my order. Delivered in time. I highly recommend them. Very good customer service – thanks to Andrei and Maria, very helpful.

Amazing customer service from the beginning and very professional service. Also Marcin and other guys did a great job, quick and tidy installation. Highly recommended.

High quality affordable doors and windows you gonna love. And customer service like nowhere else. Not a minute of delay, no complaints whatsoever.

I’m very happy that I decided to go with Fenbro. High quality bespoke triple glazed windows and doors made to order. They have really transformed my house inside and out. Everything went according to schedule, and the installation was top class. Big thank you to Maria and Marek for the excellent customer service, and to Marcin and his crew for the tidy installation.

Fenbro supplied 10 windows and 2 doors for our house. Everything from the start to the finish was perfect. Maria got us through the initial quoting, Marek took over the manufacturing and shipping and finally Marcin and his team did the installation. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process and the quality of the product. It was a big undertaking to take on this project, but Fenbro made it very easy for us every step of the way. Special thank you to Marcin and his excellent team for the smooth installation.

Fenbro provided an exceptional, personalised experience from start to finish, delivering high-quality windows and doors and outstanding customer service. The level of interaction since day one has been excellent. I am a self-builder. I contacted Fenbro for a quotation for my 4-bedroom detached country house. My sales advisor followed me from the beginning to the after-sales, ensuring everything went well. They helped me identify the right product by actively listening to what I was looking for and asking me the right questions to narrow the options. The communication was swift (1 day or less to reply every time) using WhatsApp, email and phone. I was impressed by how I was looked after without feeling pressured to buy; it was purely consultative selling, and I appreciated the guidance. Not all the windows are the same. Choosing the right window is one of the most crucial decisions for your house. You want the highest energy efficiency (especially in the Irish Atlantic coastal area, like in my case), and you want them to last for decades. I tried to look at the profile, and a meeting was arranged with a local installer who dedicated considerable time to walk me through all the products. Fantastic, thanks! The final quotation was very competitive, with the best value versus other competitors. The order was processed smoothly and electronically, with many details about T&Cs, including a precise schedule (production, delivery and installation dates). You feel reassured. The installation team, was highly professional and fast without compromising the quality of the installation. Great job, I am delighted. Thanks for keeping me constantly informed of the progress of my order and the attention to organising the delivery. I highly recommend Fenbro; they offer a service and products that are not easy to find in the market based on my experience after contacting many suppliers in the 12 months before deciding to go with Fenbro. If you’re looking for quality windows and fantastic customer service, Fenbro is the company to choose.

Great company to deal with. Highly recommend.

Very professional company from start to finish. Special thanks to Mrs. Kinga from Warsaw, Mr. Marek for professional service, and Mr. Michał with his team and if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes I wouldn’t have believed that it was possible to mat windows so quickly and precisely and clean up after yourself. Thank you very much 🙂 10/10

Great to deal with, would highly recommend.

We done a full house renovation and got Fenbro to supply windows and doors. The device from start to finish was excellent and I would recommend to anyone. Top class service and job.

Very happy with the professionalism shown by Szymon Przybylski from the start to the end of the process when dealing with Fenbro. The quick turnaround time from order to delivery helped keep my new build moving. The windows and doors look great and insulation quality far out performs Irish manufacturers – would definitely recommend Fenbro!

I chose Fenbro to purchase and install my new door, and I couldn’t have made a better choice! The entire experience—from asking initial questions to receiving constant updates throughout production and delivery—was excellent. I always felt informed. It was a truly pleasant process, and Mr. Marcin Wojtyczko, who installed my door, along with his colleague, did a brilliant job. Kudos to you both, gentlemen! You did an amazing job!

Customer service (Kinga) was excellent throughout. Updates on the project were shared at various stages. They made the measuring up and ordering process seamless. Installation dates were communicated in advance and during fitting, Marcin and his team were brilliant to deal with. I would recommend both for the quality of the products and their customer service.

Really amazing service. I was very picky on the order but Tomasz was amazing sells person and arranged everything to highest standard. All people are very responsive and won’t let you wait even half a day on reply. The installation with Mike’s crew was splendid amazing job overall. Would recommend for everyone who is looking for high quality windows, excellent service and super installation.

I am impressed with the friendly, timely, and professional service. The entire process, from placing the order to the window installation, went smoothly and without any issues—complete professionalism. I definitely recommend them!

Great company to deal with. Ordering was very straightforward and customer service would be ready to help at any time of the weekend or after hours. We had few modifications and redesign along the way and Fenbro accommodated it within a day. Installation was very professional and minor issues were adressed and fixed straight away. They dont leave any mess and finish inside is outstanding. Shout out to Szymon for organising everything. Mike who did the installation knows his job very well and you want need to worry about anything. 5 star experience.

Excellent service & quality, very good company to deal with. Got the triple glazed tilt & turn windows with blinds, delighted with them. Very good company to deal with from start to finish.

We recently purchased exterior doors for our home from the Polish company Fenbro. We had been searching for a company that would ship and install doors abroad, specifically in Ireland, and found only two. Fenbro was the only one that offered a wide range of non-standard sizes, which had been a major challenge for us.

I highly recommend this company. They had no issues contacting me on an international number, and they tailored the sizes, accessories, and colours to our needs. Ms. Maria was incredibly patient with all of my picky requests 🤣🤣 and expertly guided me through the entire ordering process.

On-site, Mr. Marcin and his team installed the doors, explained what to expect, and how to handle any potential issues. Responses to any questions were prompt, either through a quick reply or a callback.

Overall: excellent customer service, fantastic support, deadlines were perfectly met, and we even managed to negotiate the price 👍. There’s a huge selection of doors, so everyone should be able to find something that suits them. We rate the entire service as outstanding. Keep up the great work!

I highly recommend Fenbro. Great communication with the company, very helpful. We are extremely satisfied with our new windows and doors. Thank you once again!

From start to finish we had a fantastic experience with Fenbro. When we were contacted by the salesman, after completing the form on their website, I knew we were in good hands. Throughout the process, we made a number of changes to our requirements and never felt like this was a problem. Plus we were kept updated on where our windows were from the production phase through to delivery. We went with Fenbro’s recommended fitter Tomek and his team who were also great to deal with; efficient, pleasant and reliable. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result.

I would like to recommend Fenbro. Their service was excellent, fast and professional. The windows were installed up to high standard. Marcin and his team did a great work. Well done Fenbro Team.

I Can recommend this company in 100 %

Huge Thank You to all Fenbro Team
From first contact to last moment of installation, very nice and understanding, very helpful and professional.
Thank You to Przemek for all online updates, Marcin for profesional advice while doing measurements and all installation teams for they hard and fast work.
It was really pleasure to deal with all of You.
Highly recommend to everyone who thinks about changing joinery.

Great products and service by Fenbro. Couldn’t recommend more. On time, detailed process, after sale service.

We had our windows fitted just two days ago (first floor windows and 3 velux). From start to the end it was all as planned. We were getting all updates prompt and each call was taken seriously and with attention to details. Fitters (Tomek x2) were amazing, they really tried to make it all work for us (our roof is full of solar panels so it was really complicated to find a proper spot for windows). They cleaned inside and outside and took care of all trash and pallets. Salesman, Marek, was very understanding and patient with all of our calls and last time changes. We new exactly what we were getting, at what price and when. This service was above standard, so we will be coming back to change our ground floor windows and doors.
Highly recommend.

Absolutely great service from start to finish. Everything as described and on schedule.
Highly recommend

I highly recommend Fenbro! The front door we ordered is beautiful and very really high quality. The customer care is super professional from the first call to the installation. No stress involved and an amazing communication throughout the entire process. Couldn’t be happier. Choice of product is also huge so if you’re looking for something bespoke this is your place! Thank you to the entire team!🙂

I’ve had a phenomenal customer experience with Szymon from start to finish. Szymon would answer my lengthy queries within few minutes, participate in adhoc online calls and ensured I’d be satisfied with the product. I really appreciate him going above and beyond, he lives by customer values and forms a special bond with a customer. In relation to the quality of the product , Fantastic ! Installation crew in Ireland, 11/10! , delivery neat and secure! I’m already recommending Fenbro and especially Szymon and Marcins installation crew in Ireland.

Very good communication with the company at the quoting stage. Fast and professional installation. I will definitely recommend this company!

Fenbro have been one of the most professional companies I have dealt with in a long time. From my initial call with Marek in their Polish Office to Marcin and his crew fitting based here in Ireland, I could not fault one thing. Our new windows and doors are excellent. I was a bit hesitant to nail down my colour choice but Marek helped me so much and organised for the colour cards to be posted out to me. We went for a triple glaze, tilt and turn window system and an aluminium front door… the quality of everything is first class. I am so glad we went with Fenbro and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of new windows and doors.

Great service from Kinga, Simon, Marcin and his team. They did everything they promised and did on time with high quality.

When you give a 5 star to the joinery company it means they are extraordinary. From start to finish very proffesional and helpful, excellent quality windows and doors for a very nice price. Quality installation. All necessary certification. My Irish contractors have commented that the quality of the joinery is much higher that anything they seen to date in Ireland over years of experience. Thank you Marcin, Agneszhka and the rest of the team!

Professional approach to the client. Assistance at every step when placing an order. I can certainly recommend Fenbro.

I would like to express my highest appreciation to Fenbro. The quality of the installation is exceptional, evident in both the solidity of the work and its aesthetics. Moreover, the communication with the client is top-notch – all questions and doubts are quickly and effectively addressed. I also value the company’s flexibility in adapting to individual needs and schedules. Thank you to Marcin and the team for their hard work and dedication, we are absolutely delighted with our new windows and door. Highly recommended:)

I had an outstanding experience with the Fenbro team from beginning to end. If you’re seeking a hassle-free job completion, look no further than Fenbro. I recently had new windows and a front door installed by this company, and I was thoroughly impressed by their unparalleled customer service and product quality. With an extensive range of windows and doors to choose from, Fenbro ensures they meet your specific requirements and offers invaluable advice to help you make the best decision. Their communication, both over the phone and via email, is exemplary, ensuring you’re always kept informed throughout the process. Marcin and his team, who handled the installation, demonstrated utmost professionalism. They completed the job promptly, with exceptional quality, and left no mess behind. Fenbro is a top-tier company that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in search of exceptional quality and service.

Fenbro windows and doors were recently installed. Agnieszka’s great support in choosing the design and colours, making changes to suit our needs. Updates from Szymon about the progress of our order and finally Marcin Wojtyczko’s team for installation. I highly recommend Fenbro, which demonstrated professionalism at every stage of order fulfilment and is always ready to answer any questions.

We are building an extension and ordered a 3m sliding door from Fenbro. The company have been a pleasure to deal with from the get go.

Very good quality, thank you Fenbro!

The guys involved in the installation were very nice, polite and professional. They left everything tidy and made a good impression. We are going to use the services of this company again in the future. Thank you!

We would like to thank the entire team, starting from Agnieszka, who answered all my questions very quickly and helped with the best selection of each door element, ending with delivery and, of course, door installation. I didn’t have to arrange anything myself, I received the highest level of service from the company.

Absolutely Great Service. Most competitive price I found. Very professional to work with and a joy to deal with.

Very nice and professional service. I recommend it 100%. Ms. Ewelina met our requirements with great patience.

Full professionalism. Great service and trouble-free contact with Fenbro. Measurements, order and delivery according to the schedule without any delays. The installation was simply a masterpiece, Marcin and the team arrived on time, replaced the windows quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend it, and once again I would like to thank the entire company.

Fantastic efficient service by Fenbro Team. Everything from quotation to manufacture and installation was completely hassle free. Highly professional job done by Eric who installed the windows. Highly recommend.

Delighted we chose aluminium over upvc, way superior product. The design and finished windows and doors were of such a high standard that you’d have to see it to believe it. The workmanship was superb, every detail taken care of. Fitters came from Roscommon and started work at 8 30am finishing at 9pm. All 5 of them left the place spotless and took away all rubbish in a skip. How is that for service? Well done lads.

I would like to highly recommend Fenbro. Amazing customer care from the beginning, through all the stages of the order. The windows arrived on schedule and we were very happy with them. Great job done by Eric their fitter. Very happy with his work, would also recommend him.Very positive experience.

Excellent service and quality. These are a really great company to deal with. Very fast replying to enquiries and kept me updated during the entire process. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from first contact right through to finished product. 100% recommend. Thanks for such a fantastic job on our windows and doors.

I am absolutely delighted with my new doors and windows. Agnieszka and Szymon thank you. Great service and customer care. Marcin Wojtyczko and his team are amazing. They did excellent job, and left my house clean and tidy. Thank you Fenbro. Highly recommended Fenbro and Marcin Wojtyczko team.

We are extremely happy with Fenbro service. From start to finish their communication was 100% satisfactory! Even down to the smallest of details such as having our downstairs windows tinted, adding a spyhole and letterbox into our steel front door! Within two days all work was completed and our home was left spotless. These guys are simply perfectionists!

Buying windows and doors from Fenbro is pure pleasure. Full professionalism on every level, from the first contact through the next stages of cooperation. The proposed products are of really high quality, installed by true masters in their profession. Everything is done exactly within the predetermined time frames. Stress-free cooperation at the highest level. I heartily recommend Fenbro, especially Szymon. Extremely patient, kind and solid man.

I love my new door. I am very satisfied, customer service very professional and helpful. Ready to help and answer even the smallest question. Although the company is located in Poland and I live in Ireland there were no problems with communication. Installation also very professional and efficient. Marcin knows his job as well as the rest of the team. I recommend 100%.

100% recommend this company. Windows and doors are of very good quality. Perfect contact with the team. They are very helpful in choosing windows and doors.

From start to finish Fenbro exceeded my expectations. Their team is professional and friendly and the door like a dream. 100% recommended!

10/10 We purchased our front door from Fenbro and we could not be happier. They are very professional at what they do. The service was great and job done brilliantly!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Everything went accordingly to the plan. Thank you!

Thanks to Fenbro for amazing service from start to finish. I was very skeptical about ordering from abroad, but since I couldn’t get anything similar in Ireland decided to give it a go. I must say I am delighted with my new door. Special thanks to team of installers and Marcin Wojtyczko’s Windows for clean and fast installation.

I am very satisfied with the whole course of contact with the company and the installation of the windows. Very efficient installation team, high quality service and products, very friendly people who care about customer satisfaction. I can highly recommend.

Windows and doors installed professionally. I’m extremely satisfied with the work, and if only I had more windows I would definitely use the service provided by Fenbro Company. Good job guys!

Delighted with the service we received from Fenbro, such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish they are so professional. I would highly recommend them for all your door and window needs.

I have recently purchased windows and front door and I cant recommend Fenbro and their team in Ireland enough.
From the first contact with Marcin Wojtyczko and Zuzanna through emails, calls and updates from Szymon on the status of the order to finally fitting, experience was outstanding. Marcin and his team were very professional and I am amazed how great they work together and the house was left spotless after the job. Highly recommend them to all!

Would highly recommended FENBRO. Excellent service from a great team .Windows very good quality. Everything as planned and on time. Very good communication from start to the end. Thank you FENBRO.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Fenbro for the purchase and installation of the windows on our new home. I work in construction so have dealt with many different suppliers over the years and I must say dealing with Paweł was a breeze. From the very start his professionalism and attention to detail made the process very easy. It can feel like a leap of faith when purchasing from far afield but it’s something I’m delighted I did. I would and have recommended them to friends and customers already and will be working with them again in the future. Marcin and his team fitting the windows were excellent. There was no rush and everything was fitted perfectly. Thanks again Paweł and team.

The service administrators and the fitting crew where brilliant. Everything came in on time and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Fenbro, there products are of very high quality.

From the start to finish it was pleasure to deal with Pawel and his team. Pawel was very quick to answer all the questions we had and gave his expertise in choosing best suited windows and doors for our build. Couldn’t be more happy with the end result.
Marcin and his team of fitters were brilliant. Got all windows and doors installed in no time. These lads are brilliant and their product is really good.

If you are considering premium quality windows or doors at the best prices in Ireland, you must work with Pawel and Fenbro. Pawel listened to our needs and worked with us to select a very large aluminium lift and slide door solution, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. The slider opens up the room to the outside, and will surely outlast the house to which it is fitted! Pawel worked with us all the way, including revisions of the options, shipping, and integration with his recommended fitters in Ireland. We used Marcin for fitting, who was fantastic. Unfortunately a large glass pane encountered a manufacturing fault, and Pawel and Marcin stepped in to rectify immediately under manufacturer warranty and faster than I would have thought possible. We really can’t be any more happy with the outcome, and recommend this direct option with Fenbro. Client satisfaction is at the core of all interactions. Thanks for looking after us Pawel, the Fenbro team, and Marcin the best window fitter in Ireland

We are extremely pleased with the new windows that we had ordered in Fenbro. The change they made to the house is amazing. We chose Ideal 4000 triple glazed cream windows and couldn’t be happier. Customer service provided by Pawel is excellent, any questions or problems sorted immediately. Would recommend Fenbro to anyone.

Would highly recommend FENBRO. The team have been absolutely fantastic to deal with, between any queries I had and helped with deciding on windows and doors, within a budget. The quality and installation are outstanding, and communication all the way through the process was brilliant.

Excellent Company to deal with. We’re getting robbed here in Ireland when you see the quality and value of the product you can get from Fenbro and Pawel is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am a building contractor and I have went with Fenbro on my last 2 projects one of which is my own house in Limerick and I have to say I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the very 1st minute I placed my order. I received weekly updates from Pawel on how my order was proceeding and when to expect delivery. It can be very daunting for anyone who is thinking of spending a lot of money on windows and doors and then to think that you’re going to do a transfer of money to another country and what if they are not a legitimate company….. I can tell you now that’s exactly what I was thinking but rest assured, as I have said previously, I couldn’t be more happy that I went with this company.
