“25% OFF PROMO” TERMS AND CONDITIONS

From September 13, 2024, till September 30, 2024, the Organiser allows Customers to take advantage of a “25% OFF” Promotion. During the Promotion, the Customer who buys the following products from the Fenbro offer will receive a 25% discount on the retail price of the products:

 

The discounts apply to the FINAL quote (Net value of the products from the received quote)  as agreed with the Sales Team.

Promotion Terms:

  1. The Promotion applies to all sales quotes prepared by Fenbro as well as their updates. 

  2. Orders have to be finalised by October 31, 2024 (signing of contract and payment of min. 50% of the order value*).

  3. The Promotion is valid for lump sum payments (one-time payments) and instalment payments.

  4. The promo discounts may fluctuate due to Euro exchange rates. Promotion conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

*Minimum value of products entitled to 50/50 instalments: Net € 6 000.

I. Introductory provisions

The provisions of the following Promotion Terms and Conditions shall apply accordingly to this Promotion.

  1. These terms of the Promotion under the name: “25% OFF” Promo”, define the rules of operation, terms, the scope and complaint procedure of the Promotion, the rules of use and the rights of persons participating in the Promotion, as well as the obligations of the Organiser.

  2. The Organiser of the “25% OFF” Promo” Promotion is Fenbro Sp. z o.o., Aleje Jerozolimskie 181 B, 02-222 Warsaw, Poland, NIP / Tax ID / VAT: PL 7011070120, VAT: GB422325925, REGON / Polish Business Statistical No./ 52105757700000, e-mail address: [email protected], tel.numbers: PL +48 571 412 615; IE +353 892772255;  UK +44770016021, entered into KRS, VIES, UK VAT .

  3. The promotion is carried out by the Organiser available at https://fenbro.com/. The Promotion is open to Customers who, after fulfilling the conditions for participation in the Promotion, become the participants (hereinafter also: “Promotion Participant”).

 

II. The subject of the Promotion and eligibility conditions for the Promotion:

  1. The Promotion is valid from 00:01:00 am September 13, 2024 until 11:59:00 pm September 30, 2024 (hereinafter also: “Promotion Duration”).

  2. The promotion is available to Customers who have scheduled for measurements from September 13, 2024, till September 30, 2024 and have signed a contract and made a payment (min 50% of value) by October 31, 2024 as well as those who already had the measurements done before September 13 and are waiting for the price update according to the installer’s measurements.

  3. The Promotion also applies to Customers who purchased the products without our measurements and have signed a contract and made a payment (min 50% of value) by October 31, 2024.

  4. The subject of the Promotion is the possibility for the Promotion Participant to use the Promotion on the terms set out in the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

  5. Participating in the Promotion is voluntary and free (i.e. purchasing products as part of the Promotion does not require the Promotion Participant to incur additional costs, other than the price of the products being subject to the Promotion and the costs selected by the Customer).

  1. To participate in the Promotion, you have to do the following during the Promotion Duration:

  • read and accept these Promotion Terms and Conditions (confirmation by email);

  • receive the sales quote from the Organiser 

  • inform our Sales Team to book you a slot for measurements from September 13 to September 30, 20024 (if you wish to order your products with the fitting service)

  • sign the contract and make the payment by October 31, 2024

  • send a written acceptance of the Promotion Terms and Conditions by email before placing your order – by not accepting the regulations of the promotion, the Customer loses the right to take advantage of it

  1. The subject of the Promotion is not payable in money or exchanged for any other means of payment.

  2. The order delivery time and installation are determined individually at the contract stage. 

 

III. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by promotion participants, in particular, by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]

  2. The Organiser’s response to the complaint takes place immediately, not later than within 14 days from the date of its submission.

  3. The Organiser takes complaints into consideration while applying the provisions of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

  4. Personalised goods are subject to the same complaint rules as any other product. Nevertheless, personalised products may be relevant from that point of view due to art. 38 of the Act of Consumer Rights. This provision states that the right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or remotely is not entitled to the consumer in relation to a contract in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs.

  5. Any possible disputes that may arise in connection with the implementation of the provisions of the Promotion Terms and Conditions will be tried to be resolved amicably by the Parties, and any doubts that cannot be resolved will be submitted to the competent court in Warsaw for resolution.

IV. Final Provisions

  1. These Promotion Terms and  Conditions are publicly available online at https://fenbro.com/25-off-promo-promotion-terms

  2. The Organiser reserves the right to change these Promotion Terms and Conditions in the event of an important reason, understood as (Closed Data):

  • the change in the law regulating the conditions, rules and organisation of the Promotion, affecting the mutual rights and obligations of the Organiser and Promotion Participants;

  • the change in the way the Promotion is carried out due to technical or technological reasons;

  • the change in the way of providing services, solely due to technical or technological reasons;

  • the change in the scope or provision of services to which the provisions of the Regulations apply, by introducing new functionalities/services or modifying or withdrawing by the Organiser the existing functionalities or services covered by the Regulations.

  1. In the event of a change occurring in the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Organiser will provide the uniform text of the Promotion Terms and Conditions by publishing it online at https://fenbro.com/.

  2. Changes to the Promotion Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment they are clearly indicated and posted at the web address indicated above.
