Smoke Ventilation Window CSP 1073Q

A smoke ventilation window for a flat roof. It ensures the accessibility of escape and fire routes by removing smoke and heat from the burning building, and also provides the possibility of daily ventilation of the room. In the event of a smoke hazard, the sash is automatically lifted to a height of 50 cm, or to a height of 15 cm for ventilation. Smoke ventilation systems are typically used in communication spaces such as stairways and vestibules, and in industrial and office buildings.

The complete product consists of a window for a flat roof combined with a glass module or dome. The possibility to choose the optimal solution allows to meet all expectations regarding natural light, ventilation or privacy. Special products such as a hatch, smoke vent or manual opening window can only be equipped with VELUX domes.
