At this stage, they’ll usually ask for a few initial details such as approximate measurements, colour, glazing, the type and number of products you’re interested in, the opening direction, whether it’s a renovation or a new build, and any additional features you might want. This helps us understand exactly what you need, from your style preferences to all technical requirements, so we can recommend the best solutions for your home right from the start. We also share helpful links to product pages, colour guides and educational articles, giving you the tools to make confident, well-informed decisions. Your awareness of what you really need in terms of performance and budget is key. 

2. Preparing your personalised quote

Based on what we learn, we’ll create a detailed quote tailored to your project. It will include a clear summary of the products you’ve chosen, the quantities, colours, glazing options and opening directions, making it easy to confirm that everything aligns with your vision. You’ll also find useful details like the estimated lead time, available payment options and shipping method.When it comes to other elements of our offer, they also include warranty information (with the option to upgrade), U-values and important notes specific to your project. To help you take the next step with confidence, the quote outlines its validity period and explains how delivery and installation are typically scheduled.

3. Details and dimensions review

Once you’re satisfied with your initial offer, we can arrange a fitting visit with one of our recommended local installers who will take all the precise measurements needed. In the UK and Ireland, the installer can also bring product samples. Based on these exact figures, you’ll then receive an updated quote that reflects your final requirements. At this stage, it’s your responsibility to carefully check and confirm all the details (for example: dimensions, opening directions and colours). Only after your confirmation do we move forward with preparing the contract and securing your order.

4. Securing your order

Once you approve the final details, we prepare a comprehensive contract that confirms all key aspects of your order – including product types, colours, glazing options, dimensions, quantities, agreed pricing and the selected payment method. The contract also outlines the terms of delivery, warranty conditions, cancellation policy and installation arrangements.The document is sent for electronic signature, along with clear instructions. Once again, please carefully verify all the information before signing.The offer remains valid for seven days. Payment must be made in the currency stated in the contract (EUR or GBP). Once the payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order and keep you informed about each step. If you’ve opted for installation, a separate fitting contract will be issued within 5 to 10 working days, including the scope of work, installation cost and scheduled date.

5. Creating a time schedule

You’ll receive a clear time plan that outlines what to expect at every stage of your order – from production to delivery and installation. The plan includes the expected production completion date, dispatch date, estimated delivery and, if installation is selected, the scheduled fitting date. We always ensure that the products arrive before the installer, never the other way around.Between these key milestones, our Sales Process Coordinators will keep you regularly informed about the status of your order. Thanks to these timely updates, you’ll stay in the loop and can prepare everything without any last-minute surprises.

6. Getting your order ready with regular updates

Your order is carefully manufactured using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship. You’ll receive regular updates from our Sales Process Coordinators, so you always know what’s happening and what to expect next.We understand how important peace of mind is when you’re investing in your home. We dispel all your doubts and make sure you never feel left in the dark at any stage of your order. You’ll have access to clear information, responsive communication and full support whenever needed. 7. Delivery and installation support

When everything is ready, we arrange safe, fully insured delivery directly to your location. If you’ve chosen installation with our recommended local teams, we coordinate that as well to ensure everything is completed to the highest standard and exactly as promised.Upon delivery, it’s important to inspect the goods and check whether everything is complete and undamaged. Any visible issues, such as scratches or glass damage, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or on the day of installation if you’ve booked fitting with Fenbro’s partners.Once the delivery is confirmed, you’ll be asked to sign the electronic CMR document (proof of delivery) within 48 hours. This confirms receipt of the goods and is required to move forward with the next steps.

Is paying for windows upfront risky? Not with Fenbro!

For many homeowners, especially first-timers, paying 100% upfront can feel like a huge step. We completely understand – it’s a significant investment, and trust is essential. That’s why at Fenbro we keep everything clear and secure from the start. Most of our clients decide to pay the full amount in advance, which also comes with a 2% discount for orders over €3,000 net.
