In the UK and Ireland, the installer can also bring product samples. Based on these exact figures, you’ll then receive an updated quote that reflects your final requirements. At this stage, it’s your responsibility to carefully check and confirm all the details (for example: dimensions, opening directions and colours). Only after your confirmation do we move forward with preparing the contract and securing your order.
4. Securing your order
Once you approve the final details, we prepare a comprehensive contract that confirms all key aspects of your order – including product types, colours, glazing options, dimensions, quantities, agreed pricing and the selected payment method. The contract also outlines the terms of delivery, warranty conditions, cancellation policy and installation arrangements.The document is sent for electronic signature, along with clear instructions. Once again, please carefully verify all the information before signing.The offer remains valid for seven days. Payment must be made in the currency stated in the contract (EUR or GBP). Once the payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order and keep you informed about each step. If you’ve opted for installation, a separate fitting contract will be issued within 5 to 10 working days, including the scope of work, installation cost and scheduled date.

If you’ve chosen installation with our recommended local teams, we coordinate that as well to ensure everything is completed to the highest standard and exactly as promised.Upon delivery, it’s important to inspect the goods and check whether everything is complete and undamaged. Any visible issues, such as scratches or glass damage, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or on the day of installation if you’ve booked fitting with Fenbro’s partners.Once the delivery is confirmed, you’ll be asked to sign the electronic CMR document (proof of delivery) within 48 hours. This confirms receipt of the goods and is required to move forward with the next steps.
