In case of each sale, you get a sales contract together with an invoice. The invoice is evidence of purchase and, at the same time, grounds to recognise your complaint. We archive all invoices for 5 years.
Home window warranty: Damage and Repair
The transport we organise is fully insured. It means that you do not have to worry about any potential damage to the joinery that may occur during transportation. For the delivery, you get a CMR document. It is a confirmation of delivery and proof that the products were received in good condition and that the transportation was concluded under the specified conditions. You have 48 hours to check the conditions of your order.
While checking the conditions of your joinery, pay attention to scratches to glass or frames. They should not occur during transportation and will be repaired with no extra charges on your side. On the other hand, please bear in mind that home window warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages resulting from abuse or misuse of the products. Once you notice any damages on the delivered or installed joinery, all you have to do is to contact us via email. We will ask for photos and a description of what happened.
In case of any complaint, we send new products as fast as we can. In the meantime, we take care of the complaint. The typical length of time for complaint resolution is from 3 up to 4 weeks. Our clients get the spare parts within 14 days max. Depending on the type of the issue, we:

- new products for replacement,
- refund the money.
Velux window warranty: Will I keep it if I install the joinery on my own?
Warranty is defined as a type of guarantee that a manufacturer or similar party makes, regarding the condition of its product. It also refers to the terms and situations in which repairs or exchanges will be made if the product does not function as originally described or intended.
